Let me tell you a little about myself
& my business. I have been selling real estate in Roosevelt,
Utah since September 1987. I have extensive knowledge in marketing
properties. I am a certified Real Estate Specialist, a Graduate of
the Realtor Institute and also a Leadership Training Graduate from
the Woman's Council of Realtors. I have been secretary of the
Utah's Women's Council of Realtors. I am the broker/owner of the company.
Our office, located 82 North Main Street in Roosevelt, Utah, is a member of the multiple listing service and sells
through other companies on a referral basis. I enjoy selling real
estate. I like the association with friends and the relationships I
develop in the business of real estate. Most of our business comes
as referrals from satisfied customers.
My knowledge of the Uinta Basin area is
a very useful tool. As a life long resident of the "Uintah Basin", I
feel I can be of great assistance to sellers and buyers. I was born
in Roosevelt, Utah and have lived here most of my life. My grandparents
were homesteaders in the basin. Previous to selling real estate, I
was Justice of the Peace for the West-Side Precinct in the Uintah
County for seven years. I have performed marriage ceremonies for
115 couples. I was a bail bonding agent for 10 years. Before that I was a manual switch-board telephone
operator and service representative for Mountain Bell Telephone
Company.
My job is making things
happen for you. The buying and selling of homes and businesses is my chosen
profession. I am a full time REALTOR with a proven history as a

Linda Cook
-Realtor
Linda Cook was
born in Salt Lake City and did most of her growing up there.
As an adult, she spent 7 years in Alaska where she experienced
several earthquakes. (Beautiful state but on the “shakey
side”.) Has been in the Uintah Basin since 1974. Is married
with 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren.
Prior to becoming
a real estate agent in 2006, Linda worked at Uintah Basin
Medical Center as manager of the Home Health Department. Her
career spanned 18 years there. Linda enjoys traveling and
seeing new places when not working full time for Shar’s
Realty.

Bobby Drake
-Realtor
Bobby Drake was born in
Southern California, then moved to Castle Valley, Utah
(outside of Moab) when he was 8,to live on a small farm. After
graduating from Grand County High School, Bobby spent 2 years
in Puerto Rico on a church mission where he perfected his
Spanish. When he returned, he attended UVCC where he met his
wife, Lisa.
Both
graduated in 1994 with Associates degrees, were married and
moved to the Uintah Basin going on to get their Elementary
Education degrees from Utah State in Roosevelt. Bobby also
went on to get his Masters degree in Education. He has been
teaching grades 3 to 9 for 15 years. He is proud of his 4
children and enjoys doing fun things with the family. His
hobbies include classic cars, fly fishing, tinkering (he can
fix almost anything) and traveling.
Bobby
has been a real estate agent since September 2004 and knows
the area well to be able to service his clients. Call him, you

Aaron Reary
-Realtor
Aaron Reary was born in
Roosevelt, Utah and raised in Gusher. He knows the Uintah
Basin like the back of his hand. He spent 2 years in Korea
serving an LDS Mission. Attended Utah Valley University. Aaron
met his wife, Erin, in Provo. They have 4 children with ages
ranging from 6 – 15.
He
teaches cabinetry at Uintah Basin Applied Technology College .
His students win many awards. Aaron owns a business called “A
& E Construction & Flooring”. He is a licensed Realtor as of 3
years ago. Hobbies include snowmobiling, fishing and
traveling. Aaron is interesting and diversified – you’ll like
getting to know him. |

Heidi Lounsbury - Secretary
Heidi Lounsbury – Born
in Germany.
Raised and schooled in the New York City area.
Married – 5 children & 5 grandchildren
Have lived in 6 states – New York, Georgia, North Carolina,
Connecticut, Massachusetts, California and now Utah.
Had my real estate license in New York State in the 80’s.
Began working for Shar in January 2010.
Have met many interesting people over the years and maintain
contact With a lot of them. |

Charlie - Office Greeter
Man’s
best friend and “official” office dog, that’s our Charlie.
He never
has a bad day and makes everybody feel very welcome.
This is a special Shih Tzu, who is smart as smart can be. He
comes running when called, and loves spending time here.
Charlie’s claim to fame was winning a blue ribbon at the UBIC
Pet Show in 2009.
So come
into the office and pet him. He is great. |
